The Heritage Inn has 312 rooms available: 262 Visiting Quarters and 50 Temporary Living Facility rooms.

Whether you are PCSing, on TDY, or just vacationing, we can provide you with an outstanding lodging experience at an exceptional value. Our rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and feature HDTVs and free wifi access.

New Beginnings

The Heritage Inn at Davis-Monthan is a new, contemporary-style lodging facility that has replaced the existing visiting quarters. Its design takes inspiration from the silhouette of the A-10 Thunderbolt II, an homage to the jet that calls this base home. Our Temporary Living Facility has also been recently upgraded!

The Heritage Inn provides Airmen and government civilian employees with an exceptional stay, and features modern amenities, energy-efficient systems, and allows for close proximity to base activities and facilities. It is also conveniently located to many of Tucson's best attractions, including the Pima Air and Space Museum, Saguaro National Park, and downtown shopping and restaurant districts.

Cozy and comfortable, our Visitor's Quarters rooms feature queen-sized beds, an attached seating area complete with mini fridge and microwave, desk space, Smart TVs, and walk-in showers.

Temporary Lodging Facility

Our TLFs will make your family feel at home as you're transitioning to or from Davis-Monthan. Our TLFs have multiple bedrooms, living room, full bathroom, full kitchen, and personal washer/dryer. Pet friendly TLFs available!

Pet Friendly Policies

According to AFI 34-246, 1.19: TLF's designated as pet-friendly will be filled on a first come, first served basis and will be used to accommodate guests with pets. Pet owners must provide proof of current rabies shot at check-in, and will be charged a standard $10 fee per room per night. The standard is two pets (dogs and cats only) per unit. No other pets are authorized.

Priority

Lodging will accept and confirm reservations for Priority 2 (space available) guests according to the guidelines outlined in the Occupancy Rate Info. Except in times of contingency, emergency, or when the installation commander determines high priorities exist, Priority 1 and Priority 2 customers with confirmed reservations will not be bumped.

For Families

Please notify the guest services representative when making reservations if you have family members accompanying you so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Family members not on orders are considered space-available guest and are lodged in accordance with AFI 34-135.

Electricity

All of our rooms have both 220 volt outlets and 100 volt outlets. Plug adapters are NOT voltage converters, so please ensure you are using the correct outlet or you could severely damage your personal items.

Reservation Extension

If you are PCSing and require more than 30 days authorized in lodging, please submit a hardship letter to the reception staff. Approval of any extension will be based on availability.
