Manpower & Organization Flight

The Manpower & Organization office manages manpower authorizations, workload measurement/validation and continuous process improvement initiatives for the 355th Fighter Wing. Manpower assists units in understanding their Unit Manpower Document (UMD), how their manpower is earned and how to make changes through Authorization/Organization Change Requests (ACR/OCR). In addition, the M&O office oversees deployment planning data for operational, contingency and exercise scenarios. Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Airmen Powered by Innovation (API) are programs managed by the Manpower office that focus on eliminating waste in daily processes and elevating innovative ideas of Airmen at every level. WAPS Testing
Please be sure you have been properly identified as eligible to test. Obtain the current study reference materials, study, and meet the testing schedule. Ensure that the data on your Data Verification Record (DVR) is accurate.
All study references used to support SKT development are listed in the Weighted Airman Promotion System (WAPS) Catalog. Individuals should be prepared to test on the first day of the testing cycle.

WAPS Material
WAPS study material is mailed directly to the member via the military mail system.  Members must ensure their military address is updated properly in MILPDS in order to receive their material.
