Outdoor Adventure Programs!
We also provide year-round Outdoor Adventure programs designed to encourage people to add outdoor activities to their lifestyle - offering hiking, fishing, camping and skiing trips, as well as sporting events, and much more.

Outdoor Recreation is here to provide you with many of the items you will need to take advantage of the local recreational areas. We offer a wide variety of quality outdoor equipment for camping, boating, fishing, sports, cooking, parties and celebration of any kind. We have equipment to support your needs. Our experienced staff will be glad to assist you in choosing the right equipment, plan great trips or any other outdoor related venture. Conveniently located inside our Outdoor Recreation Building you will find the Information, Ticket & Tours office.

Skatepark

Our unmanned skatepark is state of the art. The park is equipped with over fifteen pieces of professional skate equipment. Half-pipe, launch ramps, boxes, pads & much more. All park users must register at Outdoor Recreation in Bldg 4430. Park users must sign a liability waiver form & wear a special decal on their protective helment. Safety gear, includes- helments, elbow & knee pads, must be worn at ALL times while in the park. Use of the park is free.

Equipment Rental

Whether it's camping, boating, fishing, sports & games, group events, power-tools, general use items, lawn or garden equipment, we have it for rent. Equipment is rented on a first-come, first served basis; however, some items can be reserved prior to rental.

RV & Vehicle Storage

Our large storage lot has space available to store your RV, boat or POV for a low monthly fee. Priority is given to active duty personnel.

Squadron Picnic Kits/Special Function Issues

Having a change of command or a big squadron picnic? we are your one stop "shop" for all the necessary equipment. Just fill out the following form and submit to Outdoor Recreation:

Bama Park

We are your point of contact to reserve Bama Park for official military functions, cook-outs, birthday parties & more.

Don't forget to reserve one of our Dunk Tanks!

Skeet & Trap Range

The skeet and trap ranges are located on Yuma Street and offers base personnel the opportunity to participate in several exciting and challenging sports; skeet, trap and archery.

Paintball Range

We offer a great rental package for just $20, it includes Semi-Auto Marker, Goggle/Mask, CO2, Field Fee & 200 rounds of paint. Paintball Range rules: Only paint purchased through our Range Shop will be allowed on the field, it is recommended you purchase only what you are going to use while playing on our field.

Outdoor Pool

We offer swim lessons, season passes & pool parties. Pool parties will cost a min. $80. This is a non-refundable charge which covers up to 50 patrons. Each additional person will cost $1.50 each. Reservations and payments must be made in person, a min. of 2 weeks in advance.

Indoor Pool

Located inside our Benko Sports & Fitness Center a heated six lane lap pool. Lifeguards are on duty. Come get fit with us. We also offer quarterly Aquathons and other special events throughout the year. We have pool fitness equipment for your use i.e. weights, boogey boards, noodles & more. Our pool is ADA compliant.
